Job Description
Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Wage: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm (Summer Hours 7:00am-11:00am or 6:30am-10:30am Fridays)
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess direct customer service experience, proficient computer skills, and a background in CRM software or related platforms. This role offers the opportunity for growth and advancement within this organization.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Utilize CRM software (or SAP) to manage customer inquiries, orders, and complaints effectively.
- Prepare quotes, interpret drawings, and assist customers with product specifications as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service/support roles.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills; experience with Excel is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software; SAP experience is a plus (training will be provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with quotes, drawings, or related tasks in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
