This position is a hybrid role based out of our Loves Park, IL facility.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Salesforce CRM data quality management, case management and user training
• BI/Power BI user
• Running detailed analysis with digital adoption and different reports related to Global Key Accounts
• Provide back up support for Senior Business Excellence Specialist and for Program Office Coach
• Work collaboratively with Global Key Accounts Team

• Bachelor or master's degree in Business, Finance, Sales, Marketing or related field/experience
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge or interest (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• SAP and Business Intelligence or knowledge of similar systems
• Fluent in English
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Collaborative mindset
• Strong analytical skills
